The full papers are allowed 8 pages (2 extra pages with extra fee) and Short papers are 4 pages long. The camera ready papers must be preapred using the standard IEEE double column format. Authors must submit the following items for publication:

• Final version of the must be uploaded on IEEE CS web site.
• Complete registration from with the payment

Registration to CyberC 2010 entitles you to attend the conference, and receive the proceeding of conference on a CD.  To register, please fill out the attached form and follow the instructions printed on it.  Please note that a full registration must be paid for all accepted paper for them to be included in the proceedings. The deadline for early registration is August 15, 2010.
